Kawaguchi an old iron working area, north of the Arakawa River, but still in greater Tokyo area. Walks out in that area started at Akabane, across the Sumida and Arakawa rivers. Much but (but not all) of this area, in decline ca 1985, now under new asphalt and concrete.
